Returns & Warrenty

Tranzmile is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with a product you have purchased or you have changed your mind, simply return it to your local Tranzmile Branch for a refund or exchange.

Alternatively, you can ship the item back to one of our branches; Tranzmile will not cover the cost of return shipping for change of mind or products ordered incorrectly. If you wish to send the product back by post/courier, please contact info@tranzmile.com or phone 1300 442 142 to obtain a Return Authorisation Form. Please package your item(s) securely, using the original outer packaging where possible and be sure to include a copy of the Return Authorisation Form.

Conditions of return

To enable Tranzmile to process your return or exchange, you will need to present a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If you change your mind concerning a purchase, you will need to return the product within 14 days. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we may still offer a store credit or provide an exchange for a similar product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange for specially ordered products (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty) or products which have been modified or used contrary to the product’s instructions.

Assessing your return for Warranty.

If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent.

We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.

Tranzmile may cover the cost of the return Freight should you be required to send back a faulty part (e.g. the product is delivered faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or is covered under warranty from the manufacturer).

If the item needs to be returned, please contact us via email, websales@tranzmile.com or phone us on 1300 442 142 to obtain a Return Authorisation Form. Please ensure that a copy of this form is enclosed within the package. Please package your item(s) securely, using the original outer packaging where possible.

The Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of an acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
