Tranzmile offers Local Delivery, Click & Collect, Local Delivery or Postage/Courier Delivery. You can select to have your order delivered, or you can collect it from your local Tranzmile branch (subject to stock availability).

Free Local Delivery
Free Local Delivery may be available for purchases over $200.00*
For purchases under $200 & for delivery within the determined local area, a flat rate of $20 will apply
*Free shipping is available in certain local postcodes at the discretion of Tranzmile. Tranzmile reserves the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time. Bulk items and dangerous or heavy goods may be excluded from free delivery regardless of the order value or location. Tranzmile will contact you with a shipping quote prior to processing your payment.
Delivery Costs
Delivery will be charged according to shipping rates determined by our courier company at the time of checking out.
If shipping cannot be calculated at the time of check out, Tranzmile will manually calculate based on the location and postcode entered. A team member will contact you and advise shipping costs prior to billing. This may occur for products that are oversized, excessively heavy, or deemed dangerous goods.
Delivery Locations
Tranzmile can deliver anywhere in Australia. International delivery is available but limited. Please contact Tranzmile if you are an international customer as we may be able to provide shipping to your country.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Australia Post Parcel Collect Addresses or Parcel Lockers. If you wish to organise your own courier, please notify Tranzmile by email and provide your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation).
Large & Heavy Items
If you are ordering a large or heavy item that requires a forklift or loading dock, please notify Tranzmile, or leave a note upon checkout. Tranzmile will contact you prior to processing your payment with a shipping quote.
Dangerous Goods
All courier companies within Australia enforce a surcharge for Dangerous Goods; this is applied per shipment. Tranzmile does not cover the cost of shipping Dangerous Goods. If you purchase Dangerous Goods online and select Delivery option, a fee will be added to your total freight cost. Once the dangerous goods fee has been calculated, Tranzmile will contact you with the total cost before processing your payment.
Dangerous goods are articles or substances which are capable of posing a hazard to health, safety, property, or the environment. They need to be packed, marked, labelled, and documented properly, handled carefully and shipped by personnel who have received dangerous goods training to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
If you selected Click & Collect, you will receive an email to inform you when your item(s) are ready for collection.
For deliveries, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days (dependent on stock availability & excluding special order items). This means you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 7 days, depending on your location. If an item is out of stock, Tranzmile will contact you as soon as possible. In the unusual event of a delay to the dispatch of your order, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.
