The CRC C3035 Wire Rope & Cable Lubricant 285g is a synthetic aerosol lubricant made from a special blend of synthetic lubricants, solvents, and molybdenum, designed to keep chains and wire rope in peak operating condition. Its low viscosity wet film penetrates deeply between chain links and wire strands to reduce the friction and wear that cause metal fatigue, while a tackifier allows it to cling tenaciously to metal surfaces without increasing viscosity or pooling at lower ends. Regular use inhibits corrosion, reduces load stress, and prevents wire strands from becoming brittle and fraying over time.
