The Knorr Bremse Docking Valve SV3111 Raise/Lower Valve (Mech) is a mechanical control valve for vehicles with air suspension, providing manual raise and lower control of the air bags to adjust chassis height as required. It is a two-circuit valve with a single lever, allowing control of multiple air suspension circuits on trucks, buses and trailers. The valve operates with a maximum working pressure of 18 bar and is suitable for operating temperatures from -40 �C to +80 �C. Port 11 supplies air from the reservoir or levelling valve, ports 12 and 13 supply from the levelling valve, ports 22 and 23 deliver to the air suspension bags, and port 3 is the exhaust. The valve features M16 x 1.5 threaded connections on both the supply and delivery sides and a nominal flow diameter of 5 mm. Typical applications include DAF, Mercedes, Volvo and other heavy commercial vehicles using air suspension systems where reliable manual height control is required.
