The Bendix Genuine E-6 Brake Valve 286171X is a remanufactured dual circuit foot control valve used as the primary service brake valve in heavy-duty air brake systems. Built around the proven E-6 design, it is floor mounted and operated by a treadle or lever, providing two separate supply and delivery circuits for service and secondary braking in compliance with FMVSS-121 requirements. The valve uses four 3/8" supply ports and four 3/8" delivery ports to manage air flow to the primary and secondary circuits, allowing the operator to modulate brake application pressure through the treadle.
