The Knorr Bremse Lift Axle Valve LS3000 is a pneumatic control valve used to manage a single lift axle in air-suspended semi-trailers and other heavy commercial vehicles. The valve provides fully automatic raising and lowering of the lift axle based on the pressure in the suspension air bags of the non-lift axles. It operates with a maximum system pressure of 14.0 bar and an operating temperature range from -35 °C to +80 C, supporting use in a wide range of on-road conditions. The LS3000 offers an adjustable automatic lower pressure between 2.3 and 5.8 bar and an adjustable automatic raise pressure between 0.9 and 2.7 bar, with default settings of 3.4 bar and 1.7 bar respectively. An integral damping reservoir and pre-installed push-in fittings are included, along with a mounting support. The valve can be upgraded with an LS2510 solenoid valve for traction assist and used with specified 3/2 valves for manual lowering of the lift axle.
