The OE Spares OE109914 ST4 Safety Valve 1/2" 250PSI is a ST4 Style safety valve for use in truck and trailer air brake systems. Safety valves open at a pre-set pressure to vent excess air from the circuit, protecting compressors and system components from overpressure damage caused by regulator malfunction or compressor over-run. Installed on the wet tank or compressor outlet, the ST4 provides a final safeguard against system overpressure, venting automatically and reseating once pressure normalises.
