The Castrol CAS3428023 TRANSMAX Limited Slip 80W-90 4L is a mineral gear oil formulated for use in limited slip differentials in cars and commercial vehicles where API GL-5 oils with specific limited slip friction performance are required. Friction modified to deliver optimised and stable friction characteristics throughout the drain interval, it also provides very good anti-wear and load carrying performance under high load conditions, high film strength and thermally stable additive chemistry for cleaner gears and extended component life. It can also be used in conventional differentials.
