The Loctite LOC39145 Black Maxx 598 RTV Silicone Gasket Maker 95g is a black, flexible RTV silicone sealant designed to form a tough silicone-rubber gasket with excellent engine oil resistance. Formulated as a one-part oxime silicone paste, it cures at room temperature on exposure to moisture in the air and provides dependable formed-in-place gasket performance. Its thixotropic consistency allows easy dispensing while helping prevent migration after application to the part. The Loctite Black Maxx 598 is ideal for automotive gasketing applications including oil pans, transmission pans, valves, guides and differential covers.
