The Ancra 13mm Winged Chain Grab Hook Grade 70 is the largest of Ancra's winged grab hook range, built for the most demanding tie-down chain assemblies handling heavy machinery, structural steel, large pipe, and similar high-mass loads. Cradles built into both sides of the outer jaws prevent the chain from deforming during tensioning, which preserves the chain's full lashing capacity and extends its service life under repeated heavy use. A generous, deep throat takes 13mm chain links cleanly, and the wings give a positive hold that resists accidental release under heavy transport loads and vibration. Manufactured from steel with an electroplated gold finish for corrosion resistance, it carries a 9,000kg lashing capacity and is built to comply with AS/NZS 4344:2001. Note: this hook is rated for tie-down use only and is not suitable for lifting applications.
