The Stemco Hub Seal Guardian - Fruehalf - Tool Fit is a Guardian HP wheel hub oil seal engineered for heavy-duty trailer axle applications. Designed for Pro-Par trailer axles and compatible with Fruehauf, Eaton P-22, Meritor TP and Dana, it provides a reliable barrier that helps keep lubricant in and contaminants out of the wheel end. The seal features a bore diameter of 6.008 in, a shoulder outer diameter of 4.25 in and a width of approximately 0.563 in, matching HM518410/HM518445 inner and outer bearing cup and cone sets. Its E7 Guardian HP design incorporates a high-temperature sealing lip and HNBR-PTFE seal lip material, with a rubber outer diameter to support hub cleanliness and corrosion resistance. Installed directly on the axle using the Stemco universal axle tool handle 555-0001 and axle tool head 555-5023, the semi-unitised construction promotes positive alignment and helps reduce installation-related damage. This hub seal suits oil, semi-fluid and grease lubricants in trailer wheel ends where long service life and consistent sealing performance are required.

- Tighten axle nut to 200 ft-lb, rotate wheel, back off one turn and complete adjustment per TMC guidelines
