The JB Weld Perma-Lock Blue Threadlocker Mid Strength 24236 is a medium strength liquid threadlocking compound supplied in a 36 ml bottle for securing threaded fasteners. The product is applied to clean threads before assembly, where it cures to lock and seal bolts, screws and studs, helping prevent loosening from shock and vibration on mechanical parts, body assemblies and other equipment. The blue formulation is suitable for common 1/4" to 1" fasteners and is temperature resistant up to 300�F, supporting use around engines and other heat-exposed components. It also seals threads against leakage and helps protect against rust and corrosion in automotive, industrial and workshop environments. The bottle features a no spill, no drip, no clog cap to assist controlled application. With a fixture time of around 20 minutes and full cure in 24 hours, it supports planned maintenance where fasteners may later be removed with standard hand tools.
