The JB Weld Perma-Lock Medium Strength Blue Threadlocker 6 mL is a liquid threadlocking adhesive used to secure and seal threaded fasteners. Supplied in a compact 6 mL tube, it is applied to metal threads on mechanical parts and body assemblies to help prevent loosening from shock and vibration. The blue, medium strength formulation is temperature resistant up to 300�F and is suited to fasteners from 1/4 inch to 1 inch diameter, including rocker arms, stud bolts, frame bolts, bushings, loose screws and other vibration-sensitive items.
This threadlocker provides a lock-and-seal action that also helps protect threads against rust, corrosion and fluid leakage. The product is a liquid with a mild organic odour and is packaged with a no spill, drip or clog cap for controlled application in workshop or on-vehicle work. After cleaning threads with a suitable solvent, the adhesive is applied to the bolt at the nut engagement area, assembled and tightened to the specified torque. A full cure is reached after approximately 24 hours, supporting reliable retention in automotive, industrial and general maintenance applications.
