The Ancra 8mm-10mm Lever Loadbinder with Grab Hooks is a heavy-duty chain tensioning device sized for 7.3mm to 10mm Grade 70 transport chain, used to lock down loads needing a high-strength tie-down such as machinery, steel, and bulk freight. A firm push of the long lever tensions the chain in a single sweep, which is faster than ratchet-style loadbinders, though it does demand more operator strength and stores energy in the lever once locked — care is needed on release. Forged and tempered steel winged grab hooks on each end seat onto chain links with cradles on both outer jaws, preventing chain deformation and preserving the chain's full lashing capacity. Manufactured from steel with a powder-coated blue finish, rated to a 6,000kg lashing capacity, and built to comply with AS/NZS 4344:2001.
