The Loctite LOC34888 Loctite SI 587 Blue Maxx RTV Silicone Gasket Maker 390g is a high-performance metallic blue silicone gasket maker designed for flexible gasketing and sealing applications. Formulated as a one-component RTV oxime silicone paste, it forms tough, flexible gaskets directly on the flange and is suitable for non-rigid applications where high flexibility and resistance to oil or water-glycol is required. Its sensor-safe, low odour and non-corrosive formulation provides excellent resistance to automotive engine oils and shop fluids while allowing joint movement in service. The Loctite SI 587 Blue Maxx Silicone Gasket Maker is ideal for automotive gasketing applications including valve covers, oil pans, timing covers, transmission pans, differential covers, water pumps and rear axle housings.
