The OE Spares OE106835 SR2 Spring Brake Valve is a SR2 Style spring brake valve used to control the supply and exhaust of air to spring brake chambers on heavy vehicle air brake systems. Spring brake valves regulate the air pressure holding the spring brake springs in the retracted position, releasing this pressure to apply the park and emergency brakes when the driver activates the park brake control. The SR2 style is configured without a check valve in the nipple, distinguishing it from other variants in the SR range.
